The short version
This site has no accounts and no trackers. You can read every page of it without telling us anything at all. The only information we hold about you is what you type into one of our forms and choose to send.
What you send us
The introduction request form asks for your name, your email address and a short message about what you would like to discuss. Your phone number, company and role are optional. We also record which mentor you asked about. The contact form asks for your name, email, a topic and a message, plus your company if you add one. Nothing else is collected from you, and we ask for no payment details anywhere on the site.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to make the introduction you asked for. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone else for their own marketing, and your details are never published on the site.
Who can see it
Introduction requests are stored in our database and can be read only by our own team, through an admin area that requires a password. The table is closed at the database level as well: there is no public read path to it, so the details cannot be reached from the public site by anyone, including us, without signing in.
Cookies and tracking
The public site sets no cookies for visitors, and carries no advertising and no cross-site tracking. It does count page views, using Vercel Web Analytics — that measures which pages are read and roughly where visitors came from, without cookies and without any identifier that could follow you to another site. We can see that a page was read, not who read it. The one other thing kept in your browser is whether you chose the light or the dark theme, which stays on your device and is never sent to us. Cookies are used only inside the team’s own admin area, to keep them signed in.
Profiles in the directories
Mentor and talent profiles are published deliberately by our team, from information a person has given us or made public themselves. If you are listed and would like your profile corrected or taken down, write to us and we will do it.
How long we keep it
We keep an introduction request while we are working on it, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick the conversation back up if you return. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Where it is stored
The site and its database run on infrastructure operated by third-party hosting providers on our behalf. They process the information only to run the service for us, and under their own security obligations.
Asking us about your data
Write to us through the contact page for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. Tell us the email address you used so we can find the right record.
Changes to this policy
If this changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
