System and discipline are what I am after where positivity is the core driver. I am keener to develop leader rather practicing leadership. In my current role I also Coordinate operations for overall business development along with projects & Master Plan targeted 2030. I am also assigned in group corporate affairs ensuring Square Group’s Interest & Exposure across the collateral. This role covers legal to regulatory, PR to publication, engagements to thought out signature events like DIFF, Square Presents Bengal Classical . Love Innovation. Embedded technology in marketing forecast, supply chain, sales force automation etc for higher efficiency, cost savings and faster decision making. My family orientation of handling Business helped me to maintain stable top/bottom line growth percentage through possible adjustment. And yes I can make Business Look Good by leveraging social agendas. Without spending a single penny Square Toiletries is meaningfully making happy consumers through care based marketing. Introduced a digital platform for mothers at pregnancy and child care phase knowing lack of information at their regular life. Engagement through digital media, having own blog for mothers , chase consumers through call center even reaching up to 36 lac mothers by giving free doctors advice , vaccination awareness and growing up tips- all these are tagged with Relevant Brands based on Business Merit. Despite having more than 60% Market Share, introduced 2nd Sanitary Napkin Brand from Square meant for 4 million working women in RMG. Used this platform to leverage total Square portfolio by working with Development sectors on hygiene issues to share cost of operation for expansion of alternative & rural channels. Establish partnership with factories even more comprehensively by providing free health service from STL care line and reduced price square products for workers. Result is making square Toiletries portfolio available in major compliance factories.
